UAE handling company Dnata has upgraded its existing Dubai cargo control centre into a Cargo Integrated Command Centre (CICC), with enhanced technology and operational data and decision-making capabilities.
Located at its Dubai International Airport (DXB), the CICC provides teams with a centralised view of cargo operations across DXB and Dubai World Central-Al Maktoum International (DWC), enabling them to anticipate operational requirements, coordinate resources and respond quickly to changing conditions.
The internally developed operational dashboard consolidates critical information and refreshes every 10 seconds, giving teams a near real-time view of operations. It also draws on the handler’s core cargo management system, One Cargo, which reflects operational activities and transactions in real time, as well as its Appointment and Dock Management (ADM) system.
The CICC oversees an operation that handled more than one million tonnes of cargo, 189,000 flight movements and 46,000 truck movements in 2025-26.
