Aviation services provider, Air Partner – a Wheels Up company – has appointed Eliska Hill as senior vice president of Cargo for UK and rest of the world. She has previously held senior positions at Chapman Freeborn in the UK and UAE, along with other cargo carriers and brokers including Emirates and Air Charter International. Prior to joining Air Partner, her most recent role was chief commercial officer at European Cargo.
