Air France KLM Martinair Cargo is offering an AI-powered Auto-Fill feature within its myCargo platform. It allows customers to scopy shipment information from an email or other unstructured text source and paste it directly into myCargo. The AI engine automatically identifies, interprets, and extracts relevant shipment details — including dimensions, weight, and number of pieces — and populates the required booking fields.
The carrier is also rolling out its new AI-powered Auto Quote capability which automatically generates spot quotations for customer requests received through myCargo or via email.
