Emirates is to resume passenger flights to Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth, Miami, Newark, Orlando and Seattle from 21 January while flights to Boston, Houston and San Francisco temporarily operated by Airbus A380 aircraft will revert to Boeing 777s. Emirates suspended its services to some US destinations based on US Federal Aviation Administration and Boeing recommendations on possible interference between 5G antennas and some aircraft systems. These have now been allowing Emirates to safely restore full scheduled operations to all its US destinations.

Services to Los Angeles, New York JFK, and Washington DC were not affected.
